Hengyi Industries Collects 57 Pints of Blood at Its 6th Blood Donation Drive

Pulau Muara Besar, 7 November 2024 – Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd (Hengyi Industries), hosted its 6th Blood Donation Drive at the company’s Main Office Building on Pulau Muara Besar. The event saw enthusiastic participation from Hengyi Industries staff and management, where around 57 employees generously rolled up their sleeves and donated blood in support of this cause.

This year’s blood donation drive was held in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre, RIPAS Hospital, successfully collecting 57 pints of blood. This initiative aims to help replenish the national blood supply, ensuring that essential resources are available for those in need. Established in 2019 as part of the Hengyi Cares Initiative, this blood donation drive is a key component of Hengyi Industries’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. The initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation and encourage regular participation. Hengyi Industries looks forward to organising more blood donation drives and other initiatives under Hengyi Cares to further strengthen the community’s well-being and foster a culture of giving back.
