Hengyi Industries Holds Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony and Presents Waqaf to Masjid Az- Zakireen

Masjid Az-Zakireen, RPN Kampong Meragang, 25 March 2025 – Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd (Hengyi Industries) held a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony, marking the end of the full recitation of the Al-Quran in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan. Hengyi Industries also presented Waqaf to Masjid Az-Zakireen during the event.

A total of 79 Hengyi Industries staff participated in the event. Also in attendance were Awang Mazlan Bin Haji Jumat, Acting Penghulu of Mukim Serasa and Head Village of RPN Kg Meragang Kawasan I; Awang Mohammad Bin Haji Tamin, Head Village of RPN Meragang Kawasan 2; and Abdul Hamid Bin Zinin, Acting Head Village of RPN Kg Serasa and Kg Serasa.

The event commenced with the mass recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and the holy verses of the Al-Quran. During the ceremony, the recitation of Takhtim, Doa Khatam Al-Quran and Doa Selamat was led by Muhammad Sa’dun bin Haji Suhaili and the Dikir was led by Mohamad Izuan bin Marali.

As part of the event, Hengyi Industries presented one big round table and ten chairs as waqaf to Masjid Az-Zakireen. The items aim to provide added convenience to the mosque, ensuring a more comfortable space for religious and community activities.
