Hengyi Industried Signed “Third-Party Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSEMS) Audit Service Contract” With Bureau Veritas Brunei

Pulau Muara Besar, 23 November 2020 - Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd held a signing ceremony for the “Third-Party Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSEMS) Audit Service Contract” with Bureau Veritas Brunei on Monday, 23 November 2020. Present during the signing were Mr. Xu Ye, Deputy General Manager of Hengyi Industries and Mr. Rizan Latif, Country Chief Executive of Bureau Veritas Brunei.

The HSEMS Audit Service Contract focuses on the HSE risk management and the site commissioning for Hengyi’s petrochemical plant as per the requirement by the Safety, Health and Environment National Authority (SHENA). Bureau Veritas Brunei is one of the leading ISO accreditation bodies in the country serving major oil & gas operators and other major contractor organisations in Brunei.

Hengyi aims to partner with more local companies to help contribute towards the development and diversification of Brunei’s economy as well as to help realize Wawasan Brunei 2035.
